• Lead and oversee clinical care delivery to ensure safe, person-centred outcomes

• Champion clinical governance, quality standards and regulatory compliance

• Manage care planning, assessments, and complex clinical needs

• Drive continuous improvement, audits and risk management initiatives

What You’ll Bring

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration

• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance

• Experience leading clinical teams and improving care outcomes

• Proven skills in risk management, incident investigation and compliance
