- Support the preparation, coordination and delivery of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and medium‐ to long‐term strategic plans for allocated business units.
- Conduct scenario and “what‐if” modelling to assess the financial impact of changes in demand, cost drivers, capital investment or operating assumptions.
- Prepare financial analysis to support business cases, investment proposals and operational initiatives, including tracking of costs and realised benefits.
- Work closely with Financial Reporting teams to ensure accounting outcomes are fit for purpose and aligned with operational and analytical requirements.
- Identify, analyse and communicate key financial trends, risks and opportunities, influencing business decisions with fact‐based insights.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by driving efficiencies, automation and enhancements in financial reporting, analysis and processes.
What You’ll Bring
- A minimum of 4+ years’ experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or FP&A roles supporting operational stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders, department heads or business unit leads in complex, fast‐paced environments.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights that drive performance.
- Advanced capability in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence decision‐making through clear, confident and professional communication.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work autonomously.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and financial reporting tools.
- CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent qualification (completed or in progress).
