We value passion, optimism, and an appetite for change - for the better. Here, you’ll be part of the team, empowered to explore more, experience more and supported by your leader to grow and develop.

The Opportunity

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in enabling strong financial performance across designated business units by partnering closely with operational leaders. Reporting to the Manager – Finance Business Partnering, this role provides insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic advice that supports informed decision‐making. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating financial outcomes into clear commercial insights while helping the business plan, monitor, and improve performance against financial targets.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with business unit executive leaders and department heads to provide strategic and commercial financial advice aligned to operational objectives.
  • Deliver timely, accurate and insightful financial analysis and management reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly), including performance commentary against budget, forecast and prior year.
  • Support the preparation, coordination and delivery of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and medium‐ to long‐term strategic plans for allocated business units.
  • Conduct scenario and “what‐if” modelling to assess the financial impact of changes in demand, cost drivers, capital investment or operating assumptions.
  • Prepare financial analysis to support business cases, investment proposals and operational initiatives, including tracking of costs and realised benefits.
  • Work closely with Financial Reporting teams to ensure accounting outcomes are fit for purpose and aligned with operational and analytical requirements.
  • Identify, analyse and communicate key financial trends, risks and opportunities, influencing business decisions with fact‐based insights.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by driving efficiencies, automation and enhancements in financial reporting, analysis and processes.

What You’ll Bring

  • A minimum of 4+ years’ experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or FP&A roles supporting operational stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders, department heads or business unit leads in complex, fast‐paced environments.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights that drive performance.
  • Advanced capability in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence decision‐making through clear, confident and professional communication.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work autonomously.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and financial reporting tools.
  • CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent qualification (completed or in progress).
