What You’ll Be Doing:

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, As an Account Manager, you’ll operate in a role managing key accounts and driving territory growth. You’ll take full commercial ownership of your patch—building profitable relationships, growing wallet share, and unlocking new opportunities in repaint & new construction. You will engage daily with trade painters and key influencers, using your strong selling capability, commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills to convert opportunity into sustainable revenue. You’ll manage your territory as your own business—process‐driven, IT‐savvy and CRM‐disciplined—while combining charisma, relationship‐building strength and practical problem‐solving to consistently deliver sales and profit targets.

What We’re Looking for:

  • Experience in a sales or B2B sales role, ideally within the painting or any other construction industry related field
  • Account management experience, with the ability to manage and grow major accounts
  • Ability to identify and create new sales opportunities and work on large commercial projects from pre tender to contractor onsite
  • Develop and execute your own sales strategy to deliver revenue, margin and growth targets
  • Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
  • High level commercial acumen with the ability to have a technical understanding of coatings, building or construction concepts
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise key accounts and manage a high value territory
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
