About the role

A new opportunity to support a senior executive at the centre of Origin’s Energy Supply & Operations business is now available. Reporting to the Executive General Manager within the Energy Supply & Operations business, you will operate as a true partner, enabling leadership effectiveness, driving coordination across the business unit, and ensuring priorities are executed seamlessly.

This is a highly proactive role where you’ll stay ahead of the agenda, anticipate needs, and manage competing priorities with confidence and discretion.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide high-level executive support, enabling leadership effectiveness and decision-making

  • Manage the EGM’s calendar and communications as a strategic asset

  • Triage and progress requests using sound judgement to drive outcomes

  • Lead coordination of leadership forums, business reviews and governance processes

  • Act as a trusted point of contact across senior internal and external stakeholders

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives within large, complex organisations

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities

  • Strong judgement and ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively

  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills

  • Discreet, professional and comfortable handling sensitive information

  • Advanced capability across Microsoft Office and business systems

  • A collaborative, can-do approach with a focus on outcomes
