Job Overview:
New and off the plan property Aggregator is requiring a Customer Relationship Coordinator that will assist customers in their journey of buying properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong customer relationships creating confidence with all stakeholders to become a trusted advisor to our customers.

  • Work in alignment with sales team members and solution consultants, to contribute to territory planning and maximise Company exposure within our customers.

  • Can analyse Build Contracts and information

  • Contribute to and produce reports, including outlining current and proposed activities, sales forecasts and closing timetables.

  • Project Management: Ensure campaigns and projects are successfully executed on time and budget

  • Establishing and managing relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and agencies

  • Develop and maintain relationships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers , lawyers, builders

  • Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables

  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan

  • Manage and maintain Customers build tenders and full follow through Liaise with Sales team, Customers and Our Developers

Qualifications:

  • Will suit a talented Marketing Person that can build on below responsibilities Certificate Registration In Property(Discretionary requirement)

  • Bi-Lingual an Advantage

  • Knowledge CRM, and Office suite

  • Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organisation

  • Can manage Customer Building and Property Purchase accounts from Start to finish Motivated and loves the Property Industry

  • Min 5 years combined experience in customer service and office coordinator roles
