You will coordinate large‐scale Academic Mentoring programmes within the Faculty of Science, ensuring students are matched with academic mentor and supported through timely communications and outreach. You will gain hands‐on experience with enterprise student systems, contribute to evaluation and early intervention activities, and collaborate across SASS and faculty partners to enhance student transition and retention.Develop Communications and Engagement: Work with Portfolio Leads and the Program Communications and Engagement Coordinator to create faculty‐specific plans, resources and outreach to build mentor and student engagement.

You will have a minimum bachelor level degree with subsequent relevant experience, or extensive experience and specialist or broad knowledge in administrative fields.

You possess practical experience with StudentOne, Salesforce, OneCRM, ServiceNow or similar enterprise systems.

  • You have strong data‐literacy to monitor participation, interpret feedback and support early intervention.

  • You are collaborative, adaptable and committed to creating inclusive student experiences.

You will join the Science Secretariat, the central professional hub supporting the Faculty of Science’s education and student experience. Working with schools across five campuses, you will collaborate with academics, advisers and specialist services to enhance student success. The appointee will have a minimum bachelor level degree with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and specialist or broad knowledge in administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively as part of a team to support a range of stakeholders, ideally in a student and/or academic services context. Demonstrated experience in delivering cyclical administrative support for programs within a university or customer service setting, including applying high-level problem-solving skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with an ability to communicate to diverse student, staff and/or stakeholder groups, with demonstrated experience in influencing and engaging a range of stakeholders.Demonstrated commitment to improving the student/client/customer experience with a focus on connection, belonging and/or wellbeing.
