Salary package:$79,314 - $85,809 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Term: Full-time, Fixed Term (up to 12 months)

The Position

The role will involve assisting in the design and conduct of qualitative and quantitative animal research in cancer studies, including processing blood samples for multiparameter leukocyte analysis by spectral flow cytometry. You will assist in creating, testing, maintaining and managing relevant databases and undertake quantitative analyses with direction in R.

The Person

Ideally, the selected person will have demonstrated effective interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication skills, with proven experience in a complex organisation. You will be familiar with using R for scientific experiments. Additionally experience with blood samples and their analysis by spectral flow cytometry will be highly regarded.
