About the Role
As HR Adviser, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality HR services to the ABC’s News Division. Working in a supportive and experienced People & Culture team, you’ll provide complex HR advice and support to employees and managers. Working in the HR Business Partnering team, you will act as an escalation point to the People & Culture Helpdesk and establish relationships with key stakeholders in the News Division.
Your work will span employee relations, performance management, recruitment, learning and development, and organisational change. You’ll also contribute to HR projects and initiatives that shape the future of our workforce and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. You’ll triage and manage a range of HR matters, working closely with the Senior HR Advisers and HR Business Partners to manage people processes and initiatives.
This is a great opportunity for someone currently working in an HR Shared Services or operational HR role who’s ready to take the next step and expand into a broader advisory or business partnering capacity.
