Are you organised, compassionate, and thrive in a fast-paced environment?

We are seeking Administration Officers to join the energetic and joyful team to work at both the Adelaide and Walkerville locations on a part time basis (0.9 FTE). Administration officers are critical to our service and work collaboratively across the multi-disciplinary team.

Your Opportunity

The Administration team work Monday to Sunday on a rotating roster with shifts spanning across the hours of 8am to 5pm.

This role is crucial in supporting clinical staff in the smooth operations of the service, including:

  • Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
  • Coordinate appointments and transport services
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries and liaise with families
  • Provide administrative support to a multidisciplinary team

About You

  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and able to learn and use a range of databases
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
  • A positive attitude and commitment to patient-centred care
  • Hold a South Australian Working with Children Check (or are willing and eligible to obtain)
  • If successful, willing and able to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations

  • Recent administration experience
  • Experience as a hospital ward clerk looking for a new opportunity in a fresh environment
  • Experience in maintaining medical records including organising, retrieving and storing both paper and electronic
  • Highly efficient accurate and can build rapport easily
  • Experience in diary management and appointments systems
  • Able to work 4 to 5 shifts a week on a 7-day rotating roster
