Certificate III in Pathology Collection
Develop the skills to collect blood and other pathology specimens. Learn to draw blood and collect other pathology specimens including ECG’s and all skills and knowledge required to work as a pathology specimen collector. As a pathology collector, you could work in a range of fascinating roles in a hospital or collection centre. You may also travel to the homes of patients who need this vital service. Entry Recommendations You will need to be proficient in speaking, reading and writing English. Current workers in pathology collection can apply for Recognition of Prior Learning after enrolment. Attendance Requirements (subject to change) Full time students attend classes for 3 days a week.
