Certificate IV in Legal Services

This course is for those interested in working, or already work, as a legal support officer in a law firm, commercial entity, community organisation or the public sector. It covers the Australian legal system, court process, legal research, the law and professional rules that apply to support staff, legal computing, communication, contract law and torts. Entry Recommendations This course is recommended for those working or wanting to work as a legal support officer. We recommend that you have completed Year 11 or any Certificate III or higher before starting this course. You will need access to a computer and the internet.
