Diploma of Viticulture

Take your career to the next level with the Diploma of Viticulture, the industry standard qualification for vineyard supervisors and viticulture farm managers. You'll develop specialised knowledge in viticulture, including grape production, soil and crop management, irrigation systems and biosecurity measures. Gain an in-depth understanding of the wine making process and how to manage vineyard practices. Attendance Requirements (subject to change) Classes are scheduled around seasonality with face to face classes and independent learning. This qualication can take up to 42 months for completion. Industry Conditions and Skills It is recommended that you have access to a vineyard to be able to undertake some units within the qualifcation.
