Job DescriptionAIROMANIA Pty Ltd trading as Air conditioning and Refrigeration located at 13 Brumby street seven Hills, Sydney, NSW 2147, is currently seeking dedicated Full Time Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Mechanics.
Major duties:
Ø Installation of Variety of Commercial air conditioning systems including VRV/VRF Systems
Ø Installation of Split Air conditioning Systems and Reverse Cycle Ducted systems
Ø Consult with clients and design engineers before installing the system.
Ø Determine task needed to be based on drawings and specifications, as well as defining installation reference points
Ø Create work requirements from drawings and specifications to establish reference points for installation.
Ø Diagnosing problems, repair, and replacement of defective components.
Ø Bolted, soldered, riveted, welded, and brazed tubes for connecting equipment and checking alignment and installation.
Ø Recording causes of malfunctioning and action taken.
Ø Following maintenance steps like drilling the holes required at the premises, installation of mounting brackets, bending, cutting, and threading pipes.
Ø Safely handling and filling with refrigerant
Ø Safely recovering gas and carry out pressure test to detect leakage
Ø vacuum the system ,charging systems with gas
Ø Installation and repair of components such as compressors, motors, condensers, and evaporators
Ø Test-operating refrigeration systems, checking mechanisms and adjusting.
Work experience: At least two years’ experience in the relevant field
Education/Skills: At least Certificate III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration
Full Refrigerant Handling License
Salary: A$65,000 – A$70,000+ 10% Superannuation
Annual Leave: 4 weeks
Working Hours: 38 Hrs per week
