Job DescriptionCasual Barista Position around 35 hours per week
The successful applicant will have experience working in a specialty coffee cafe. A minimum of 12 months experience is essential, as well as a formal barista qualification.
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to make consistently great coffee and have exceptional customer service skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
Making great coffee with latte art consistently and related beverages
Maintain cleanliness within working surroundings
Showing friendly customer service
Stocking of shelves
Packaging and presentation of chocolates
Skills and Experience
Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Barista in a specialty coffee location.
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Attention to detail
Latte Art skills
Hard working, passionate about great coffee
Friendly, working well with others
Independent, reliable and motivated
Flexible availability and able to work weekends
Confidence to engage and build customer loyalty
Multi task in busy environment
Ability to work under pressure with a smile
Managing more than one order at a time
