APPLICATION ENGINEER

EAGLE FARM BRISBANE

We are seeking an experienced Application Engineer who has worked in process control, specifically involving Control Valves, Regulators, ESD Valves and Safety Valves, particularly in the Oil and Gas, Power or Mining Industries.

Fully Australian-owned, we are expanding our business into Asia-Pacific and are specifically seeking a suitable candidate (must have a degree from an Australian University) to join our Engineering Team located in Brisbane. Responsibility for Project Management, Control and Relief Valve Sizing, Order Management and Technical Support.

To be successful in this role, you need the following qualifications and experience:

• Mechanical, Mechatronics or Chemical Engineering Degree with more than 4 year’s work experience within these Industries.
• Project Management experience within the Valve/Piping Industry
• Ability to understand P&ID’s and Isometrics
• Sound Good Computer Skills
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills
• Sound mechanical aptitude, with a high level of ‘hands-on’ experience
